Breakout Session
In the wake of a startling scam where a branch manager in Hong Kong was deceived into transferring $35 million by a deepfake voice, the imperative to fortify against such frauds has escalated. This incident underscores the critical need for advanced defences against voice vishing, particularly as criminals leverage easily accessible generative A.I. to create highly realistic cloned voices. In response, we're running the inference of our Streaming Voice Vishing A.I. model in Confluent and Flink and directly integrating with call center solutions like Genesys to offer Fortune 500 companies a robust shield against these ferocious threats with billions of dollars in losses globally.
In this session, our A.I. research team at GoodLabs Studio will demonstrate how we leverage Confluent and Flink's Streaming A.I. capabilities to scrutinize real-time audio streams from Genesys, authenticating each voice by matching it against the customer's established voiceprint using our Voice Vishing A.I.
Recognizing the dynamic nature of our voices, we'll also share our approach for integrating authenticated customer audio data to continuously train the model to generate the most up-to-date voiceprint for maximum precision.
Finally, we'll discuss how the Voice Vishing A.I. within Confluent delivers real-time confidence in the authenticity of incoming voices. This capability is crucial for identifying and neutralizing human and sophisticated AI-generated voice impersonations, allowing for the immediate halt of vishing attacks and preventing substantial financial losses at the earliest possible stage.
